Our plant OSI Food Solutions Hungary Kft. in Babolna is looking for an Accounting Manager (m/f/d).

What your job includes

  • Functional and disciplinary supervision of the local Accounting Team
  • Preparation of month-end close as per local & US GAAP (including accrual, inventory valuation) and monthly management accounts and annual statutory accounts according to local and US GAAP
  • Completion of statutory audit as primary contact for statutory auditors
  • Preparation of external reporting (Central Statistical office, Excise, Green Tax, Environment Tax etc)
  • Support the planning, filing and control of tax declaration in close cooperation with the European tax team and external advisors
  • Responsible for working capital management with continuous measurement, analysis of DPO, DSO & DIO & drive initiatives for working capital optimization
  • Maintain & develop efficient processes for example in General Ledger, Procure to Pay and Customer Order to Cash Collection
  • Support for European Transfer Pricing Guideline
  • Optimization of existing ERP systems (NAV, One Stream) 

What we expect from you

  • Profound experience in Accounting
  • Experience in leading and developing a small team 
  • Sound knowledge in Excel and analytic tools like Power BI / One Stream
  • Profound knowledge of Hungarian GAAP, US GAAP and/or IFRS
  • Experience in ERP such as CSB or NAV BC desired
  • Certified Accounting
  • Analytical skills and solution-oriented skills
  • Assertiveness and high resilience
  • Very good knowledge of English and Hungarian in both writing and speaking
