Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Allround Mechanic.

The position

Are you a technical talent with a passion for the food industry? As a multifaceted technician, you play a key role in ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our production equipment. You are responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance, which is essential to minimize unplanned downtime and guarantee the quality of our products!
 
What Will You Do?
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance according to our maintenance system (Ultimo) to ensure our machines always perform at their best.
  • Corrective Maintenance Logging: Accurately document faults and maintenance activities in our maintenance system so we can implement continuous improvements.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Provide valuable feedback after maintenance to optimize our maintenance concepts. You have the opportunity to contribute directly to improvement processes!
  • Innovative Proposals: Make recommendations for optimizing our machinery, always prioritizing safety and food safety.
  • Coaching and Support: Guide and support operators and production staff, sharing your technical knowledge to elevate the team's performance.
  • Troubleshooting: Address faults on our high-tech machines during the production process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Modifications: Carry out electrical and mechanical adjustments to further enhance the performance of our equipment.

Your profile

  • Education: An MBO diploma in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field.
  • Technical Skills: You are skilled in reading electrical and mechanical drawings, enabling you to understand and execute projects effortlessly.
  • Knowledge of Techniques: You have basic knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, electrical techniques, PLC systems, and mechanical engineering (WTB), making you a valuable addition to our team.
  • Experience: You can demonstrate work experience that underscores your practical skills and approach.
  • Team Player: You have a proactive, positive, and flexible mindset and are a true team player who wants to achieve results together with others.
  • Solution-Oriented Thinking: You approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and can find creative solutions.
  • Communication Skills: You possess excellent communication skills and are proficient in Dutch and/or English, allowing you to collaborate and communicate effectively.
  • Availability: You are willing to work in a 3-shift system and benefit from an attractive 20% shift allowance that rewards your commitment.
