Our team is looking for a Capacity Planning Manager Europe (m/f/d).

What your job includes

  • Lead the European Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process
  • Oversee demand, stock, and capacity planning across divisions with focus on Food Solutions
  • Identify optimal production locations based on customer needs and cost analysis
  • Develop long-term capacity plans with a rolling three-year model
  • Usage of ERP systems and ensure smooth workflows for orders, stock, and invoicing
  • Drive team and organizational development by analyzing and optimizing processes
  • Serve as the central interface for planning, stock, and capacity requests across departments and business units

What we expect from you

  • A university degree in Food Technologies, Logistics, or a related field with a focus on planning
  • Significant experience in demand planning, sales, or supply chain management within an international FMCG environment
  • Expertise in statistics, forecasting, and management information techniques
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Commercial and financial acumen with a deep understanding of cost implications
