Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a HR Intern.

As an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resources. You will work closely with both an HR Manager and an HR Business Partner and actively contribute to various projects and daily activities. There is plenty of room for own initiative and carrying out assignments independently.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Supporting recruitment and selection processes, including screening CVs and scheduling interviews
  • Assisting with onboarding activities for new employees
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of HR procedures
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files and processing HR documentation
  • Supporting the organisation of training courses and workshops

What we expect from you

  • You are following a HBO or WO study in the field of Human Resources, Psychology, Business You have a proactive and inquisitive attitude
  • You have good communication skills, both oral and written
  • You are accurate and can handle confidential information well
  • You are available for an internship period of at least 3-5 months
  • You have a good command of both the Dutch and English language
