We are looking for an IT Service & Support Specialist (m/f/d) for our IT team in Gersthofen.

What your job includes

  • First and second level IT support for all European branches as well as support for users in resolving simple faults.
  • Pre-analysis of error messages and questions as well as initiation of problem solutions, if necessary involving other responsible departments
  • Checking and initiating necessary maintenance and servicing measures
  • Informs users about the correct use of existing systems and tools
  • Analyses system messages and initiates transitional and alternative measures in the event of a malfunction

 

What we expect from you

  • Completed vocational training in IT systems technology or comparable training
  • Sound knowledge of applications, hardware, network, telephony and ICT service operations
  • Service and solution-oriented approach, good English skills and team player qualities
  • Knowledge of how to use a ticket system and adept at customer support
  • Several years of experience in the field of IT support and service or in the helpdesk
  • Willingness to cover IT service hours Monday to Friday from 06:00 to 20:00
