Our plant OSI Food Solutions Hungary Kft. in Bábolna is looking for a Product development manager.
Responsibilities
-Managing and execution of product development activities at OSI Hungary according to sales and customer strategy plans/ targets.
-Being responsible for the coordination of all related projects up to the point of completion / realization
-Develop and maintain a more detailed understanding of the NPD customer’s strategy, both for OSI Europe and for OSI HU in particular
-Support all initiatives related to product development and launches, including those related to equipment/services, developments in manufacturing processes and new technologies
-Identify potential product developments or product & process improvements
-In collaboration with customer's and NPD teams, implement an efficient management and introduce new products from concept to launch
-Provide technical and commercial support as needed to customer's business at European and local level
-Effectively lead of product development and internal launch processes to ensure compliance with development commitments, procedures, and ensure timely and competent delivery of projects
-Packing and sending of product samples according internal std and external requirements
What we expect from you
-University degree in the food sector
-Min. 5 years working experience in product development
-Good knowledge of manufacturing and processing of food
-Experience in QSR business and requirements
-Strong project management and communication skills
-Good kowledge of MS Office, PDM, HACCP
-Creative interpersonal, customer and business management skills
