Our Sales Team of OSI Foodworks is looking for a Sales Manager (m/f/d).
 
You will work from home with a strong connection to our plants and visit customers in German-speaking countries.

What your job includes

  • Selling beef from OSI slaughterhouses and deboning plants, as well as our supply partners in Europe, into the German and Benelux markets
  • Support in the development of customised strategies for contract negotiations in order to achieve sustainable competitive advantages
  • Developing sales volume and increasing turnover in the sale of Foodworks products
  • Acquisition and development of new customers
  • Analysing and preparing market & customer data in the assigned region
  • Overseeing receivables management and customer complaints
  • Overview of margin per customer and maintenance of customer data & visit reports
  • Close interaction with all other business functions

What we expect from you

  • Completed commercial training or training in food technology
  • Completed training as a master butcher desirable
  • Professional experience in slaughterhouses and cutting plants an advantage
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience in beef sales
  • Networking & price negotiation skills with a clear customer focus
  • Experience with price & cost calculation
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Business fluent communication at all levels in German and very good English skills
