Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Shift Leader (m/f/d).

The position

As a Shiftleader, you are a key person in coordinating and managing our production departments. You play an essential role in realizing production plans and ensuring that the execution meets the highest quality, safety, and hygiene standards.
 
You are responsible for monitoring the progress of the production process and identifying opportunities for process improvements, with the goal of ensuring both efficiency and effectiveness of operations. With your leadership, you motivate and inspire the team to achieve set goals and maintain continuous product standards.

Your Profile

  • MBO 4 work and thinking level (preferably in a technical field)
  • HBO work and thinking level is a plus
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a management role within a production environment
  • Knowledge of HACCP and other relevant quality and safety standards
  • Good command of the English language; Dutch is a plus
  • Leadership and motivation for your teams, with strong communication skills
  • Analytical ability to improve production processes
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and stress resistance in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work in 2 shifts (14% shift allowance)
  • Required: valid work permit for the Netherlands
