Our plant Henri van de Bilt in Beuningen is looking for a Work Planner (m/f/d).

Your tasks and responsibilities

As a work planner, you play a crucial role in preparing and organising both technical projects and regular plant operations. You ensure that everything can run efficiently and successfully by making the right preparations in good time.
 
Regular activities
  • Preparing daily operations in the plant;
  • Ensuring that all necessary materials and information are available;
Project preparation
  • Identifying required materials, tools and documentation for specific projects;
  • Working with colleagues to plan and coordinate work;
  • Preparing work plans and schedules;
Warehouse management
  • Managing the warehouse, including stock control and organisation;
  • Ordering materials and following up on deliveries;
  • Maintaining cost and other records;
  • Building and managing the materials administration system in Ultimo;
Technical drawings & documentation
  • Checking and updating technical drawings and schedules;
  • Ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the correct drawings and documentation;

What we expect from you

  • A relevant MBO or HBO education, for example in engineering, construction or logistics;
  • Experience in the technical field and a similar role;
  • You are an excellent planner and organiser;
  • You are punctual and with or for detail in your work;
  • You have good social skills and perform well in a team;
  • Keeping an overview of interlocking processes is not a problem for you;
  • You are stress-resistant and have strong problem-solving skills;
  • Good Dutch or English language skills
  • You have a valid work permit to work in the Netherlands;
