Our whistleblower system, the Make It Right Global Hotline, is a tool that enables employees, business partners, suppliers and other stakeholders along the entire value chain to share specific indications of possible misconduct, concerns or tips. This includes, for example, violations of the OSI Code of Conduct, antitrust law, corruption, theft, discrimination, disregard for health and safety in the workplace, child labor, soil, water or air pollution, harmful noise emissions, unacceptable water consumption, the production or use of certain persistent organic pollutants and the unauthorized import and export of waste.

It allows you to share information with us anonymously without revealing your identity, to the extent permitted by national law. However, we encourage any whistleblower to disclose their identity in order to support the processing of reports and further investigations. OSI will not tolerate any discrimination or retaliation against those who raise concerns or provide information in good faith.
